Do you offer free pickup and drop-off?

Yes, we offer free pickup and drop-off anywhere on the island, including hotels, villas, Airbnbs, the airport, and both ports.

Can you pick us up from the cruise port?

Yes. We can pick you up from both the Old Port and the New Port. We recommend that cruise guests share their cruise ship name so we can monitor arrival times and arrange the correct meeting point.

What time do tours start?

Our tours are flexible and can usually start anytime between 07:00 and 20:00, depending on your schedule and guide availability.

Are your tours private?

Yes, all of our tours are private and designed only for your group. You will never share a tour with strangers.

Can we customize the tour?

Of course. We can adjust the route, stops, timing, beaches, villages, food stops, photo stops, and more depending on your interests. Just let us know what you'd like to experience.

Do you also offer transfers without a tour?

Yes, we provide airport, port, hotel, villa, Airbnb, beach club, restaurant, and island-wide transfers 24/7.

How does Driver On Call work?

You can call or text us anytime on WhatsApp and we can send a driver directly to your location whenever you need a ride. We can also tell you the price before sending the driver.

How can we pay?

We offer two payment options. We can send you a secure payment link in advance, or you can simply reserve with us and pay directly after the ride to the driver or after the tour to the guide. We accept both cash and card, depending on what you prefer.

Can you arrange tours and transfers for larger groups?

Yes. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple Jeeps, vans, Sprinters, minibuses, or buses depending on the number of guests. Contact us with your group size and we'll find the best solution.
